- THE OCCUPANCY AT ALL THE TIMES IN THE APARTMENTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE NUMBER OF GUESTS MENTIONED ON THE BOOKING, THIS INCLUDES VISITORS.

PLEASE NOTICE THAT PAYMENT DOES NOT CONFIRM THE BOOKING, YOUR BOOKING IS ONLY CONFIRM ONCE WE HAVE SENT YOU AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION AND ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVE THE REQUESTED DETAILS & ALL VERIFICATIONS ARE PASSED.

Security deposit is required for each apartment at check-in, this would be a pre-authorisation on your credit/debit card £350.00 - £450.00 & £600.00* (*For weekends & Stays longer than 10 days) and fully refundable at the end of the stay*, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Security deposit is payable via Bank Transfer, please contact us if you require more information. 

Key collection/check-in takes place either in our office based in Camden Town or alternatively at the apartment.

In case you choose to go straight to the apartment we ask you to send us a copy of your photo ID and registered bank card plus proof of address letter. Then we will send you a form to sign. Once we receive all required documents we can let you know the access codes to the apartment.
