Check-in / Check-out policy

Your room will be ready for you on your arrival from 3.00 pm (except Wednesday from 4.00 pm). On your day of departure your room will be available until 10.30 am. If you arrive earlier and/or wish to leave later, you can of course leave your luggage with us. (available from Thursday until Sunday)

Pet policy

Guests with their four-legged family member are very welcome at Gasthof Kreuz. (On request). Some of our rooms are dog-friendly (except our Traditional Double rooms). We charge CHF 20.00 per night for the additional cleaning service. We will be happy to prepare a sleeping place in your room for your dog. Please contact us.

Group Policy

Our cancellation conditions for groups of 3 to 5 rooms
Up to 10 days before arrival - no costs / 9 to 6 days before arrival - 50% of the total amount / 5 - 0 days before arrival - 100 % of the total amount

Our cancellation conditions for groups of 6 rooms or more
Up to 21 days before arrival - no costs / 20 to 15 days before arrival - 50% of the total amount / 14 - 0 days before arrival - 100 % of the total amount
