Check-in / Check-out policy

Further we would like to inform you that check-in after the office hours (15.00-18.00) has a late-check-in fee according to the followings:

Late check in fees: (upon arrival)
18:00 - 20:00 10 EUR
20:00 - 22.00 20 EUR
22.00 - 30 EUR

Terms of payment:

After the reservation process, we provide the bank information needed to process your bank transfer.
30% of the accommodation fee must be paid within 5 days after confirmation, and the remaining 70% by bank transfer 3 days before arrival.

We charge a one-time cleaning fee per apartment as follows:
- Studio apartment 20 EUR
- One bedroom apartment 25 EUR
- Two bedrooms apartment 30 EUR
- Penthouse 50 EUR
