Check-in / Check-out policy

The apartment can be occupied from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and the key can be retrieved from the key box without time restrictions (the information necessary to open the key box will be sent on the day of arrival). On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 11:00 AM.

General policy

Our goal is to ensure that all our guests can equally enjoy the magical relaxation of the Danube Bend, so we kindly ask you to keep the communal areas and outdoor spaces clean and tidy. In case of improper use of the facilities, we may charge a cleaning fee of 20,000 Hungarian Forints as necessary. This does not limit the Hársliget Apartments' right to seek further compensation for damages caused by the guest.

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the apartment building and all common areas. Violation of this rule may result in a compensation fee of 60,000 Hungarian Forints.

For the tranquility of other guests and residents in the area, we kindly request that you speak in a normal tone within the premises. Especially between 22:00 in the evening and 9:00 in the morning, please be particularly mindful of noise levels outdoors, and activities that may disturb the peace are not permitted during this time (e.g., playing music, sports, etc.). The staff of the accommodation is authorized to supervise and take immediate action in such cases. A one-time violation of the peace rules will incur a compensation fee of 60,000 Hungarian Forints. A second violation will necessitate immediate check-out.

We kindly ask our guests to comply with the applicable laws throughout their entire stay. Engaging in any illegal activities on the premises of the apartments will result in the immediate termination of accommodation rights and the necessary legal steps will be taken.

The guest is fully responsible for any damages caused in the apartment, its equipment, the courtyard, or neighboring buildings.

Explosive materials, highly flammable substances, or hazardous chemicals must not be brought into, stored, or prepared on the premises of the apartments. Violation of this rule will result in a fine of 60,000 Hungarian Forints and the necessary legal steps will be taken.

Nothing should be thrown or poured out of the windows. If this occurs, the guest takes full responsibility for the damages caused.

A guest who has not checked in may not stay overnight in the apartment.

By checking in online, you accept the regulations of the Hársliget Apartments for your own activities and those of others arriving with you in the same booking. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify the operator of the accommodation against any claims from third parties arising from violations committed by the guest.

All technical equipment must be used exclusively according to the instructions of the Hársfaliget Apartments.

The Hársfaliget Apartments assume no liability for personal injury or property damage.
