Check-in / Check-out policy

Check-in starts 16.00, Check-out until 11.00 am. For Late Check-out (until 14.00) a fee of 25€ is applied. Early Check-in is not possible.
There is no reception at Stadthaus. There is only a reception at our family farm Gut Hügle. Further information at our website.

Pet policy

Pets fee is 19,90€ per night.
Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds | Do not leave dogs alone in the room | The neighbors must not be disturbed by increased barking of dogs | Please leash your dog on the premises | Dog excrement must be disposed of immediately by the owner.
As the dog owner, you are liable for any damage caused by your dog in the apartment or on the premises. In the event of violations, we reserve the right to charge fees for cleaning/repurchasing according to the effort involved.

Group Policy

We reserve the right to apply special down payment and cancellation guidelines for group bookings of four or more apartments.

Towels and bed linen are included. Room service is not included.
