Check-in / Check-out policy
The Guest may start using the services ordered and confirmed in writing by the Service Provider and may occupy the given apartment between 15:00 and 21:00 on the day of arrival (“check in”), while upon departure, the apartment must be left by 11:00 on the day of the expiry of the decision period (“check out”). The service provider’s representative is always present during check-in and check-out. The service provider’s representative provides 24/7 telephone support to the Guest at +36 70 526 5000. If the Guest wishes to occupy the apartment he has ordered and wishes to use before the check-in time on the day of arrival, this is possible subject to a service surcharge and free capacity. If the Guest is expected to arrive after 9:00 PM, he/she must notify the Service Provider in advance. The Service Provider does not allow the Guests to accommodate or bring pets.

Group Policy
In case of group travel or events, the relevant rules are in accordance with the conditions established with the Service Provider. The Service Provider reserves the right to establish individually established conditions different from the above for the booking of its products and services subject to special conditions - especially its promotional offers - and for group travel or events.

General policy
By ordering services provided by the Service Provider through the website or in another accessible manner, a contract for the use and provision of services under the conditions specified in these TCs is concluded between the Service Provider and the user of the service (hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Party). The contract is a Hungarian-language contract concluded between distant parties on the Internet, but not in writing, the content of which can be retrieved and accessed subsequently from the booking system, but is not registered by the Service Provider and does not refer to a code of conduct. By submitting the reservation on the website, the Contracting Party simultaneously accepts the contractual terms and conditions specified in these TCs, agrees with all its provisions and recognizes them as binding on him. The Service Provider expressly draws the Contracting Party's attention to the fact that acceptance of the order is only valid if the Contracting Party accepts and recognizes the provisions of these GTC as binding on him at the latest when sending the order by marking the checkbox designed for this purpose in the booking system or in the web store.

Upon the request for a quote sent in writing by the Contracting Party and/or Guest – by e-mail or through the Service Provider's booking system available on the website – the Service Provider will send an offer to the Guest within 36 hours of receiving the request for a quote. If the actual order is not received in writing from the Guest within 48 hours of the offer being sent, the Service Provider is released from the obligation to make the offer and its obligation to make the offer ceases. The request for an offer sent by e-mail or through the booking system available on the Service Provider's website must contain the name, address, e-mail address of the guest(s), the exact time of arrival and departure, the number of apartments they have selected, and the exact name of the services they wish to use. The Guest shall respond to the Service Provider's offer with a written order within 48 hours. The service contract is concluded with the written confirmation of the order - reservation - duly forwarded by the Guest, and accordingly, the service contract between the parties with the written confirmation of the order - reservation - is considered an unwritten contract. The Service Provider expressly draws the attention of the Contracting Party and the Guest that only after the electronic confirmation of the order - which also means the confirmation of the accommodation reservation - is he entitled to use the service from the Service Provider.

The Guest undertakes to notify the Service Provider in writing of any cancellation, modification or any other change to the services he has ordered at least 48 (forty-eight) hours before the start of the service. informs the Service Provider. The Guest / Contracting Party may cancel the service without penalty if he/she notifies the Service Provider of his/her intention to cancel in writing no later than the 5th (fifth) day prior to the arrival date. In the event of cancellation of the service indicated in writing within the 4th and 2nd days prior to the arrival date, the Service Provider will charge a penalty, the amount of which is 50% of the fee for the ordered service, while in the event of cancellation of the service indicated in writing within 1 day prior to the arrival date, the amount of the penalty charged is 100% of the fee for the ordered service. The Service Provider reserves the right to cancel the services ordered by the Guest and confirmed by the Service Provider no later than the 5th day prior to the start of the use of the services - by a written statement sent to the Guest - and with the simultaneous return of any advance payment made in cash by the Guest.
