Pre-Authorisation Policy for Forellensee - UNIQUE TinyHotels
Pre-authorisation is a security measure to ensure payment for your stay. It involves placing a temporary hold on your credit card for a specified amount, which guarantees that funds are available to cover the cost of your booking.
Amount and Timing:
A pre-authorisation hold of CHF 50 (or the equivalent of one night’s stay) will be placed on your credit card at the time of booking.
The full amount of your booking will be pre-authorised [Number] days before your arrival.

Conditions for Release:
The pre-authorisation hold will be released within [24/48] hours after check-out, provided no additional charges are incurred during your stay.
In case of any damages or additional charges, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the pre-authorisation hold.

Refunds:
