General policy

Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days prior to arrival.
Within this period, cancellations made by 15:00 on the day of arrival will incur a fee of 50% of the room rate.
Cancellations after 15:00, as well as no-show cases, will be charged the full amount of the reservation as a penalty.


Tourist Tax Exemption
If you wish to request an exemption from the tourist tax, please provide a declaration issued by the employer. The document must include:
names of the guests
duration of stay
a statement confirming that the guests are staying in Miskolc for work purposes
a statement confirming that the guests are employed by a company with a registered office or branch in Miskolc

Breakfast
We offer a traditional buffet breakfast for an additional fee of 4,500 HUF.

Weekdays: 07:00–10:00
Weekends: 07:00–11:00
During the summer season, outdoor breakfast seating is also available.

Parking
Parking is available for guests in the underground garage on level –1.
Please provide your vehicle’s license plate number. Once entered into our system, the barrier at the entrance located at Arany János tér 1. will open automatically.

If the barrier does not open automatically, please use the black call button.
After entering, follow the Premier Hotel signs to the designated parking spaces.

For bus arrivals, please inform us in advance so we can arrange a suitable solution.
