Check-in and check-out times
Check-in from 15:00 to 22:00
Check-out from 08:00 to 12:00 noon

There is self check-in after 22:00, the guest will collect the key from the lockbox installed on the door and will recieve google map location and unit number. 

For earlier check-out the guest must infrom the property a day in advance to return a deposit earlier and the guest will leave a key in the lock box.

General policy

Upon making the booking you need to send us the IDs (front and back Egyptian ID) or passport in order to arrange permit with security to enter El Gouna.

Please note that the entry to El Gouna is subject to El Gouna management approval. In case your IDs or passport got disapproved by El Gouna management we will fully refund you. To avoid late notice disapproval, you must send the documents the moment you book. If your booking is in less than 48 hours, please contact us before you book.
