Check-in / Check-out policy

Our standard check in time is any time after 2pm. To guarantee an early check-in, it is necessary to book the previous night. If rooms are available prior to check-in time, an early check-in may be possible. You are welcome to leave your luggage free of charge in our luggage store prior to your check-in. Check-out is any time before 11am.

Payment Policy

Pet policy

Pets are not permitted with the exception of certified service animals assisting disabled guests.

Group Policy

Standard room occupancy is 2 people per room.

 

General policy

Our rates include a full meal plan except for alcoholic drinks, smoothies or kombucha and surfguiding (one trasnportation/day incluided). Surf lessons and board rentals are not included but can be arranged at extra cost.
