Check-in / Check-out policy

Our standard check in time is any time after 2pm. To guarantee an early check-in, it is necessary to book the previous night. If rooms are available prior to check-in time, an early check-in may be possible. You are welcome to leave your luggage free of charge in our luggage store prior to your check-in. Check-out is any time before 11am.

Payment Policy

Pet policy

Pets are not permitted with the exception of certified service animals assisting disabled guests.

Group Policy

Standard room occupancy is 2 people per room.

 

General policy

Our premium surf package rates include a full meal plan (3 meals per day) and unlimited soft drinks, one daily yoga class and daily surfguiding. Surf lessons and board rentals are not included but can be arranged at extra cost.

Our breakfast only rate includes lodging and breakfast. All other services except for surf guiding can be booked at the front desk. Surf guiding can only be booked with the premium surf package.
