Check-in / Check-out policy

Check-in starts 16.00, Check-out until 11.00 am. For Late Check-out (until 14.00) a fee of 20€ is applied. Early Check-in is not possible.
There is no reception at Stadthaus. There is only a reception at our family farm Gut Hügle. Further information at our website.

Pet policy

Pets fee is 12,90€ per night.
Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds | Do not leave dogs alone in the room | The neighbors must not be disturbed by increased barking of dogs | Please leash your dog on the premises | Dog excrement must be disposed of immediately by the owner.
As the dog owner, you are liable for any damage caused by your dog in the apartment or on the premises. In the event of violations, we reserve the right to charge fees for cleaning/repurchasing according to the effort involved.

Group Policy

We reserve the right to apply special down payment and cancellation guidelines for group bookings of four or more apartments.

General policy

Please be aware that you are booking holiday apartments and that there is no room service included. If room service is requested, please contact us. Towels and bed linen are included.
We serve breakfast only at our family farm in Bottenreute. No reservation is needed there. Daily breakfast at Gut Hügle from 8 - 10 a.m.
As a valued guest in our Stadthaus we offer the following discounts at family farm Gut Hügle in Bottenreute:
- breakfast for 14,90€ instead of 17,90€ per adult*
- 10% off any meal in our restaurant*
- 50% off any additonal activity ticket such as cornfield maze or disc golf
* Only applicable during your stay at Stadthaus. No discounts on sundays and public holidays and the evenings before. To redeem please show booking confirmation.
