Check-in / Check-out policy

Check-in and check-out times:
Check-in: 3PM
Check-out: 11AM

Check-in from 15:00 to 10PM
Check-out from 08:00 to 11:00AM

There is self check-in after 22:00, the guest will collect the key from the lockbox installed on the door and will recieve google map location and unit number. 

For earlier check-out the guest must infrom the property a day in advance to return a deposit earlier and the guest will leave a key in the lock box.

No pets are allowed.

No parties or events are allowed in the property.

To facilitate your entry into El Gouna, we kindly request copies of your IDs (front and back of Egyptian ID) or passports upon booking. Please note, that entry is subject to approval by El Gouna town. If disapproved, a full refund will be issued.
Please send documents promptly upon booking to avoid late notice disapproval and delays.

For bookings within 48 hours, kindly contact us before you book.
