Reception desk is open 24 hours, check-in time from 2:00 pm, check-out time by 11:00 pm. Late check-out is arrangeable upon request, fees may apply. Luggage room available at the reception.

Pet policy

Pets are allowed in the hotel rooms with keeping the Hotel's policies applicable  with a restriction for an extra charge of € 15/night/pet (food not included). Pets are not allowed in the restaurant.

Group Policy

When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements apply.  A 50% deposit should be settled in advance. Cancellation made 15 days to 8 days prior to arrival date, will result in loss of the deposit. Cancellation made 7 days prior to arrival date, will result in 100% charge of the full amount of the booking.
