Check-in / Check-out policy

The hotel have 24/7 reception but in case of early or late arrival please notify the hotel via email.
Check in: from 14:00
Check out: until 11:00
Late check out: until 13:00 (extra 15 EUR/room). If guests do not check out until 11:00, hotel will charge late check out fees.
In case the room is not ready upon your arrival we can store your luggage at the reception free of charge.

General policy

Damage:
All the unnecessary damage (such as results of heavy drinking) is being covered by the ones that caused it. Corvin Point Rooms and Apartments reserves the right to refuse accommodation to anyone or end their stay before the reservation finishes if standards of behaviour are not met. In cases such as this no money will be refunded to the guests. Guests are solely responsible takig care of their belongings in the hotel.

Smoking:
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rooms. All our rooms are non smoking however there are designated common areas in the hotel where you can have a cigarette. If we spot a person smoking inside the rooms, or in case the staff report smoking during the cleaning, the hotel will charge 50 EUR cleaning fees for the room.

Loss of keys:
Keys and keycards have to be given back at the reception at time of check out. In case guets loose keys or keycards 15 EUR/keycards fee has to be paid.
