Check-in / Check-out policy

Check-in: from 15:00.
Check-out: until 10:00 at the latest.
Early check-in or late check-out is only possible upon prior request and confirmation by the property and may incur an additional fee.
If the guest fails to vacate the property by the check-out time, the host reserves the right to charge a penalty fee and to secure the accommodation for the next arriving guests.

Pet policy

Pets (including dogs, cats, and other animals) are not allowed at the property.
In case of violation, the property reserves the right to terminate the reservation immediately and charge an additional €100 fee to cover cleaning and sanitation costs.

Group Policy

The property is not suitable for parties, events, stag or hen nights.
The maximum number of guests is always the number stated in the reservation. Hosting additional people or allowing unregistered visitors on the premises is not permitted.
For group bookings (e.g. 6 or more persons together), the property reserves the right to:

collect a security deposit, which may be used to cover damages, complaints, or extra cleaning costs,
terminate the reservation immediately if the house rules are violated or neighbors are disturbed.
In case of noise disturbance or causing inconvenience to neighbors, a €500 penalty fee will be charged, and the reservation may be terminated with immediate effect.
In case of extra cleaning required or if the property is left in an unclean condition, a €100 cleaning fee will be charged.
In the event of rule violations, the booking fee is non-refundable.

General policy

1.: Smoking is PROHIBITED inside the whole apartment!
2.: We kindly ask you not to listen to very loud music or to be loud between 10PM and 8AM.
3.: Please be careful with all household items, and only use them as intended.
4.: Sitting in the open window, or throwing anything out of them is strictly prohibited!
5.: If you booked the apartment for more than 8 days, on the 7. we will schedule a cleaning to maintain the normal hygiene and cleanliness level and to change the sheets and towels for you (the expense will be shared between the guest and the host, calculated by the ratio of the lenght of the stay, if you would like to have more frequent cleaning, please let us know)
6.: You will find all the important phone numbers on the info sheet.
7.: If you need any other accessories (baby cot, high chair, etc.) please let us know!
8.: The phone number on the info sheet is a 24/7 operating receprion. and for checking in and out our representative could be present on demand.
