Check-in and Check-out Policy

Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Before check-in and after check-out, luggage storage is available upon request, subject to the hotel’s availability.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out

Depending on the hotel’s occupancy, guests may request early check-in and/or late check-out.
These services are available only upon prior arrangement with the hotel reception and subject to confirmation.

Early check-in: from 12:00 PM
Fee: HUF 10,000 / room

Late check-out: until 1:00 PM
Fee: HUF 10,000 / room

Reservation Hold Policy

The hotel holds the reserved accommodation until 8:00 PM on the day of arrival.
If the guest does not arrive by this time and has not informed the hotel in advance about a later arrival, the hotel reserves the right to release and resell the room.

Pet policy

Pets are not allowed in our hotel. Thank you for your understanding!

Group Policy

Group Booking Policy
A group booking is defined as any reservation involving a minimum of 5 rooms or 10 or more guests staying at the same time.

Booking and Deposit
For group bookings, the hotel provides a customized offer.
The reservation becomes final only after written confirmation of the offer and payment of the required deposit.

For group reservations, the hotel reserves the right to apply different deposit, cancellation, and payment conditions than those applicable to individual bookings. These conditions will always be specified in the individual group offer.

Cancellation and Modification Policy for Groups
Cancellation and modification conditions for group bookings may differ from those applicable to individual reservations.

Unless otherwise stated in the individual offer, the following terms apply:

Free cancellation or modification up to 30 days prior to arrival
Cancellation between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation value will be charged as a cancellation fee
Cancellation within 15 days prior to arrival, as well as no-show, will result in a charge of 100% of the total reservation value
Any deposit paid will be deducted from the cancellation fee.

Changes in Number of Guests or Rooms
The final number of guests and rooms must be confirmed in writing no later than 7 days prior to arrival.
After this deadline, the hotel reserves the right to invoice based on the confirmed number.

House Rules and Liability
All group members are required to comply with the hotel’s House Rules and General Terms and Conditions.

The hotel reserves the right to limit services or terminate the agreement with immediate effect if group members engage in disruptive behavior, disturb other guests, or endanger the hotel’s property.

The group organizer or designated contact person is fully liable for any damages caused by the group.

Events and Noise Policy
For group bookings involving events or activities that may generate increased noise levels, the hotel reserves the right to apply special conditions, time restrictions, or require a security deposit.
