General policy
1. Age
You must be 18 years or older to make a booking trough our site.

2. Payment

the payment of your reservation will be made on the last day of the limit of your cancellation. The charge will be made on your credit card. The hotel will charge credit card based on the exchange rate on the day of payment. Any difference in price between the rate on the days booked and the day of payment is not responsibility of the hotel.

3.  Cancellations allowed

Stay from 15/05/24 until 16/10/24:
The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in 7 days before arrival.

Stay from 16/10/24 until 15/05/25
The guest can cancel free of charge until 21 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 21 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

We recommend you take travel insurance that covers all circumstances under which cancellations might occur.

We will not be liable for any changes, cancellation, effect on your booking, loss or damage suffered by you which is due to any event(s) or circumstance(s) beyond our control.We recommend you take travel insurance that covers all circumstances under which cancellations might occur.

4. Check-in
The person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age and has to provide photo ID together with a valid voucher at check-in to ensure that your identity matches the booking identity. Failure to provide a valid voucher and a valid photo ID during check-in may result in refusal by our accommodation. Extra charges might apply.

5. Complaints

6. All rooms are guarante on the day of arrival. In the case of a no-show, your room(s) will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Cancellation/No-Show Policiy specified at the time you made the booking as well as noted in the confirmation Email.
Failure to arrive at hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given

Wapi Resort is located in the middle of Sunrise Beach (Hat Chao Ley) on Koh Lipe, a small island in the South of the Thai Andaman Sea. It is conveniently located near the end of Walking Street. The resort is set in a mature Pine Tree garden, that provides shade and a gentle breeze throughout the day. Our beach faces East, allowing for amazing views of the sunrise.
