Dear Guest,
Check-in time on your day of arrival is from 3:00 PM. We might be able to finish the cleaning earlier—in this case, we will gladly inform you. On the day of departure, please vacate the apartment by 11:00 AM at the latest, as the next guests arrive shortly afterward. Should you need luggage storage, we highly recommend Locker’s Budapest, conveniently located just 150 meters away at Haris köz 4, 1052 Budapest. They operate 24/7 and have excellent reviews from previous guests. You can find more details on their website: lockersbudapest.com.

Data Management and Billing
A valid reservation requires the guest to provide their contact phone number, which will be retained until check-out for potential issues or important communication.
According to Hungarian law, accommodation providers must report guest data to the Hungarian Tourism Agency (https://mtu.gov.hu/). Upon arrival, guests are required to present their identification documents (passport, ID card, or address card), which will be scanned using the BM document reader. If the guest prefers not to hand over their documents in person, they can pre-register their data online. The necessary process and form are available at: https://info.vendegem.hu/media/uploads/dokumentumok/sci_vendeg.pdf.
In compliance with NAV (Hungarian Tax Authority) regulations, the accommodation provider is required to issue an invoice. The invoice must include the name and address of the invoiced party, and in the case of a company, the tax number. The owner issues e-invoices, which require an email address and, in some cases, an address card. If you do not wish to share your address card, you may send the billing details via email.
Guest data is used exclusively for the legal obligations mentioned above and is not stored in printed form. Electronic data is retained only until the complaint deadline expires.
Payment and Check-in/Check-out Policy
Upon arrival, guests are required to settle any outstanding balance for the accommodation fee if not paid in advance. The apartment can only be occupied after full payment has been made.
Check-in time: 15:00 – 21:00
If arriving later, please notify us in advance by phone. Without prior notice, we cannot guarantee check-in.
Check-out time: by 11:00 at the latest.
A late check-out fee will be charged if guests fail to leave on time. Please confirm your check-out time the day before departure to ensure a smooth key handover.
At the agreed check-in and check-out times, the owner and/or the agency representative can be present upon request to assist with the process.
Visitors (non-registered guests) may only stay at the property with the owner's permission and must leave by 23:00 at the latest.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, except in the designated area on the terrace. This rule also applies to electronic cigarettes and IQOS devices. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the provided ashtrays.
Pets
Pets are only allowed with prior approval from the owner.
Hygiene and Cleanliness
For the comfort of all guests, we maintain strict hygiene standards. Please keep in mind that new guests may arrive shortly after your departure.
While not mandatory, we kindly ask guests to remove their shoes at the entrance and use their own slippers.
For stays longer than one week, we provide one complimentary cleaning session, arranged in advance.
Extra cleaning is available upon request for a fee of 4,000 HUF per session.

Our accommodation does not include meal services, but the kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. The owner can provide recommendations for nearby grocery stores and restaurants.
For short-term guests, we provide basic supplies:

A few days' supply of sugar, salt, tea, coffee, and coffee filters

Please notify the owner in case of an emergency.
Liability and Compensation
Guests are responsible for any damage they cause, and any costs incurred must be covered by the responsible guest or their legal representative. The accommodation does not include insurance coverage for guests.
The owner reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a guest’s stay early if they violate the house rules or disturb the peace of other residents. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Guest Complaints and Reviews
If you experience any issues during your stay, please contact the owner immediately, as we are available 24/7 to assist and resolve any concerns.
Failure to read or acknowledge the house rules does not exempt guests from complying with them.
