Pet policy

Pets can only be brought to the territory by prior arrangement with the administration. There is no additional fee for pets, but the owners are responsible for their care and possible damage to the property or other guests. We love our pets and the environment - please pick up any excrement left by them.

Group Policy

Group Accommodation Rules 

1. General Provisions

1.1. These rules apply to all group members from the moment of arrival until departure.
1.2. The group leader is responsible for ensuring that all participants are familiar with the rules.
1.3. The accommodation administration has the right to refuse to accept the group if the agreed conditions are not followed.

2. Arrival and Registration

2.1. The group must arrive at the agreed time. Any delay of more than 1 hour must be reported in advance.
2.2. Upon registration, a list of participants with names, surnames, and room allocations must be provided.
2.3. The group leader completes the group registration and receives the keys for all rooms.

3. Accommodation

3.1. Rooms are allocated according to the pre-approved plan.
3.2. Room changes are allowed only with administration approval.
3.3. It is prohibited to exceed the established number of persons per room.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1. Night quiet hours – from 22:00 to 07:00.
4.2. In public areas, behave respectfully, avoid making noise, and do not use obscene language.
4.3. Alcohol consumption is permitted only in accordance with applicable laws and administration rules.
4.4. Smoking indoors is prohibited except in designated areas.

5. Property Protection

5.1. The group leader is responsible for any damage caused by the group.
5.2. Any malfunctions or damage must be reported to the administration immediately.
5.3. The use of electrical appliances in rooms is prohibited unless approved by the administration.

6. Departure

6.1. Rooms must be vacated by the agreed time.
6.2. All keys/cards must be returned to the administration.

7. Liability

7.1. The administration is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended.
7.2. Failure to comply with the rules may result in the group being asked to leave without compensation.

INTERNAL RULES
 
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These internal rules set the procedures for guests’ stay, conduct, reservation, safety, liability, and provision of services at the accommodation facility and its territory.
1.2. All guests staying at the accommodation facility and/or using its territory must comply with these rules.
1.3. By confirming a reservation and/or making a payment, the guest confirms that they are of legal age, have read these internal rules, and agree to comply with them.
1.4. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the guest being asked to leave the premises and territory without compensation.
1.5. The administration reserves the right to amend the rules by making them publicly available.

2. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

2.1. A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full prepayment unless otherwise agreed.
2.2. An unpaid reservation is considered invalid.
2.3. Reservation cancellation policy:
– Cancellation 7 or more days before arrival – full refund;
– Cancellation less than 7 days before the date of stay – no refund.
2.4. Shortening the stay does not exempt from full payment for the booking.
2.5. Reservation dates can be changed only 7 or more days before arrival and with administration approval.
2.6. If due to a system error the service becomes unavailable or the price is unreasonably low, the reservation may be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation, and the payment refunded.

3. ACCOMMODATION RULES

3.1. Guests must maintain cleanliness and order in the cottages and common areas.
3.2. It is forbidden to:
– Smoke indoors (fine – from 100 EUR);
– Rearrange furniture or use equipment for purposes other than intended;
– Damage inventory (fine – from 200 EUR plus material liability in accordance with Lithuanian law).
3.3. Quiet hours – from 22:00 to 07:00. Please do not disturb other guests’ rest.
3.4. Inviting unauthorized persons without administration consent is prohibited.
3.5. Guests are responsible for the safety and conduct of their children.

4. TERRITORY USAGE RULES

4.1. Guests may use:
– Sleeping cottage and its equipment;
– Terrace;
– Barbecue area;
– Basketball, volleyball, and outdoor tennis courts;
– Paid services: archery, crossbow shooting, axe, spear, and knife throwing.
4.2. Bonfires may be lit only in designated areas with administration permission.
4.3. It is forbidden to:
– Litter, damage inventory, or vegetation;
– Drive vehicles in unauthorized areas;
– Start fires in the forest or unsafe areas.
4.4. A fee from 100 EUR may be applied for littering or environmental damage.

5. SAFETY AND FIRE SAFETY RULES

5.1. Guests must familiarize themselves with and follow all safety and fire safety rules on the premises and territory.
5.2. Bonfires and grills may be used only in designated areas and in accordance with administration instructions.
5.3. It is prohibited to start any kind of fire in the forest or other unauthorized areas.
5.4. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited except in designated areas.
5.5. In case of fire hazard or other emergency, immediately inform the administration or call the general emergency number 112.

6. GUEST RESPONSIBILITY

6.1. Guests are fully financially responsible for any damaged or destroyed property of the facility.
6.2. The administration is not responsible for injuries to guests or their children caused by non-compliance with the rules.
6.3. Accidents caused by alcohol consumption or careless behavior are the sole responsibility of the guests.
6.4. The administration is not responsible for guests’ personal belongings left in the rooms or on the territory.

7. FINAL PROVISIONS

7.1. These rules are intended to ensure guests’ safety and comfort.
7.2. Guests who violate the rules may be asked to leave the facility without compensation.
7.3. If you notice a dangerous situation or a violation of the rules, please inform the administration immediately.
