Check-in / Check-out policy

Arrival:
Since the entry to the rooms and apartments are automated, guests can check-in anytime after 3 p.m.

Departure:
You must leave the apartment building no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. When leaving, please return the room key to the key safe.

Pet policy

No pets are allowed.

Group Policy

No gatherings or parties allowed.

General policy

Valuables:
We would like to draw our guests' attention to the fact, that our accommodation is not responsible for valuables left in the apartment building.

Lost and found:
If you have lost any of your property, please contact our colleagues at one of the contact details provided on the last page of the information sheet.

Fire protection:
Fire alarm equipment and powder extinguishers were installed in the building. There are smoke detectors in the rooms. In the event of a fire, our guests are warned by a siren, in which case we ask that they leave the building as quickly as possible according to the escape route posted in the rooms. Our fire alarm system is connected to the Győr Fire Department and automatically notifies the authorities immediately upon activation. In the event of a false fire alarm, the guest are obligated to notify the hosts within 1 minute on one of the provided telephone numbers. Failing to do so means, that the costs of the fire brigade's will be borne by the guest.

Emergency exit:
According to the escape route posted in the rooms.

Balcony:
On the first floor of the apartment house there is a balcony with seating furniture, which our guests can use together. Smoking is allowed here.
