General policy

1-Check-in time is from 14:30 and check-out time is untill 11:30

2-Please note that all Arab couples must present a marriage certificate upon check-in.

3-Guests are not allowed to bring in or drink alcohol

4-Smoking is not allowed inside all rooms 

5- visitors are not allowed to enter the rooms and the visiting is only in the reception area 

6- Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the room or the apartment caused by themselves,thier friends or any person for whom they are responsible 

7-The guest acknowledge joint and several liability for all service rendered untill full settlement of bill

٢-يرجى العلم بان شهادة الزواج مطلوبة عند تسجيل الدخول ولا يمكن التسكين او الزيارة بدونها

  ٣- ممنوع اصطحاب او شرب جميع المشروبات الروحية (الكحولية ) ويتم انهاء التسكين ومصادرة المشروبات في حال وجودها

٤- التدخين ممنوع في جميع الغرف باي حال من الاحوال 

٥- جميع الزيارات تكون في الريسبشن (صالة الاستقبال) ولا يسمح بدخول الغرف لغير الساكنين بها

٦- الضيف هو المسؤول عن اي ضرر يلحق بمكان الاقامة سواء بسببه او بسبب احد المرافقين له او اي شخص هو مسؤول عنه 

٧- الضيف هو المسؤول عن دفع اي خدمات اضافية طلبها هو او احد المرافقين له عند الخروج
