Please let us know is you need an early check in or late check out.

Payment Policy

Pet policy

We love our furry friends and are a pet friendly hotel.
Pets are only allowed in certain rooms, please contact the front desk to make sure one is available. 
Our pet fee is $450 pesos/night
Pets must be on a leash on the premises.
Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
Any additional cleaning fee will be charge if the pet uses the beds or cushions.

General policy

We ask for a deposit of the value of your first night stay.
An email with the deposit request will be sent to you shortly.To complete the reservation, please follow the steps to pay with your credit card.
The remaining of the payment can be made at the time of check in by credit card in pesos or cash pesos or dollars at the day's exchange rate.

No Smoking Policy
Baja Joe´s has a non- smoking policy  within  its public areas and rooms. In case of a breach of this policy a charge of $1,000 pesos will be applied.
