Check in time: from 3pm, Check out time: 11am. Please let us know the approximate time of your arrival since our reception is manned between 8am and 6pm and we need to arrange out of hours arrivals in advance.

General policy

We live in uncertain times and understand that plans change (or change can be forced on us) but we will always try to be flexible to help you out.

We are small and popular so all room bookings are paid upon booking. Breakfast is not included in the price. Drinks and any other items will be charged to you on consumption and on-site.

If you cancel your trip and give us more than 30 days notice prior to your arrival, we will return 100% of your room payment.  If you cancel with less than 30 days notice, you will not be entitled to a refund. The reason for this policy is that many of our guests plan a few months ahead so gaps arising from last minute cancellations are disruptive and hard to refill.

Please note that we apply a strict 'no smoking' policy in respect of all our rooms and apartments - this is a matter of Hungarian law and we will be forced to levy a fine in the event of guest failure to adhere to this. There are designated (outdoor) smoking areas - please ask if in doubt.

In the unlikely event of damage or extra cleaning necessitated by too much fun, we will levy additional fees on check-out. So, keep it clean!
