Check-in / Check-out policy

BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL
Please scan your and other guests’ ID or passport, otherwise you can’t check-in your apartement.

Take in high consideration: without a completed form, we can't guarantee you won't have to wait for my colleague by the entrance upon the arrival, because there is NO a reception by the property. It is also a local government requirement to have details of people staying in our apartments.

It is a legal requirement that the documents must always be entered using the scanner in the application, changing your data is only allowed if some data is missing or has been scanned incorrectly.


CHECK OUT TIME IS 10.00 AM
If they do not leave the accommodation at the time of check-out, thus preventing the preparation and cleaning of the accommodation for the next guest, we will charge a fee of EUR 30 for each hour started, which must be paid immediately on site.

General policy

By staying at the apartment, you accept our policy. If you do not obey to the house rules, you will have to face with eviction and in this case the reservation fee is NOT refundable. If the person who booked the accommodation do not stay at the accommodation and someone else stay there, or make a reservation for other persons in their own name, then the person who made the reservation is still responsible for any damage caused.

SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS STRICTLY PROHIBBITED
Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in the whole area of the condominium (building). Sensors are installed in the accommodation, so an alarm is immediately sent to us in case of smoking. If you break the rule, the fine is 200 EUR and all guests must leave the apartment immediately and we cannot refund the booking fee.

NOISE NUISANCE
Sensors are installed at the accommodation, which send us an immediate alarm if the sound level is above 75dB! Please respect your neighbour’s righto relax and keep the noise down after 8pm! If you break this house rule and the police attend, it might result up to 600 EUR penalty. It is forbidden to hold events or house parties at the accommodation, and no one other than registered persons may sleep at the accommodation.

CLEANING AND EXTRA TOWELS
The booking fee includes cleaning once a week. If you wish to request cleaning or fresh towels during your stay, there is an extra fee and you must request it 24 hours before use.

SECURITY
We recommend that you always keep the door locked, we can’t take any responsibility for your belongings.  If you go out, should be with you your passport and money.
