Pet policy

1. Pets shall not endanger the safety of the guests, health and life. Pets must be provided with muzzles and leashes on the campsite territory.
2. Do not leave your pets alone in the unattended camping area.
3. Pet owners must collect animal excrement and dispose of it in a container.
4. The holiday house can accommodate up to 2 animals up to 30 cm tall.
5. Pets fee 10 Eur / day.
6. The Administration reserves the right not to provide accommodation at the Dreverna campsite without prior notice of the arrival with pets.
7. Accommodation with pets is not provided in houses Nr. 35-41 (swimming pool zone)

Group Policy

General policy

1. Arrival of the guest to the holiday house from 15:00, departure till 12:00.
2. The guest who has paid for the services provided but has decided not to use them shall not be refunded. Upon departure from the campsite earlier than the time of reservation, i.e. y. if the guest is absent all the time, the guest shall not be refunded for his / her absence.
3. Rest hours - from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. It is forbidden to listen to music loudly, to make noise, to drive around the area by motorized vehicles.
4. The administration does not guarantee a specific cottage number. We guarantee only the location of the cottage line (cottage with Lagoon view and a cottage by the pool). Administrators, whenever possible, always try to take into account the client's request.
It is forbidden to:
1. Store flammable materials in the house.
2. Create a barbecue or other open fire appliances on the terrace.
3. Accommodate more persons in the holiday house than it was declared to Administrator.
4. During the night (22:00 - 8:00) make noises and disturb other campsite guests sleep.
5. Smoking in holiday homes is strictly prohibited. The fine is 50 Euro. For your safety, all rooms are equipped with fire alarms.
6. It is forbidden to leave young children unattended in camping and port territory and parents or guardians of minors must ensure the safety of children.
7. If there is any malfunction in the holiday home, the campsite administrator must be notified.
8. The campsite administration is not responsible for valuables left unsafe and lost and / or damage to them in the holiday home.
