Pet policy

Pets are not allowed.

Group Policy

We are not able to accommodate groups bigger than 2 apartments, 6 guests.

If there is any dilapidation in the apartment or we receive complaints on unacceptable behavior of the guests from other people living in the building, the deposit WILL NOT BE reimbursed and the guests leave the apartments imediately.

General policy

Please note that we reserve the right to ask for a safety deposit upon your arrival. The amount of the safety deposit is 50EUR/each person, what we give you back upon check out if everything will be fine during your stay and the house rules are respected:

In order to ensure relaxation of the guests, no loud activities, music, activity involving sound noise at a disturbing volume are allowed between 22:00 o'clock  - 08:00 o'clock.
In the contrary, the host is entitled to terminate the accommodation contract with immediate effect, and request the guest to leave the hotel immediately without receiving back the safety deposit.

- Smoking is prohibited in all the rooms and all public areas of the building. Smoking is only allowed outside the building.Please note that guests found to be smoking inside the building will be charged a fee of 200€.

- Free WIFI is offered to all guests in their rooms and apartments

CLEANING POLICY :
- fresh towels every 3rd day
- Full cleaning+ bedsheets and towels once a week
 Any other extra request may require an extra fee.

The costs of cleaning, or possible disinfection of rooms more polluted than the averagedue to misuse (e.g.vomit, faeces, blood, destroyed bedsheets and towels, mud etc.) may be passed on to the guest.

LOST AND FOUND:
Food, food products, medicines will not be stored. Please note that we will ship lost items back to you for a FIX PRICE of 50€ + postal office fee.  Any items, which are not claimed within 14 days, will be donated to a local charity or discarded.

Parking reservation needed if you arrive by car. PARKING CAN BE PAID ONLY BY CASH: 10EUR or 3000HUF/ one night.
