Check-in: between 3:00 PM and 12:00 AM
VillaJazz operates without a reception, so entry to the apartment is fully self-service.
We will send you all the necessary instructions and access codes 2–3 days before your arrival via email.
Late arrivals are no problem – with the provided codes, you can check in comfortably at any time.

Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Please respect the check-out time so we can prepare the apartment for the next guests.
Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request and subject to availability.

Payment Policy

Pet policy

Pets are not allowed.

Group Policy

A group booking is defined as any reservation involving multiple apartments or more than 8 guests staying at the same time.

Security deposit: For group stays, a security deposit may be required in the form of a credit card pre-authorisation. The amount depends on the size of the group and will be released after departure, provided no damage has occurred.

Parties and events: VillaJazz apartments are not suitable for parties, events, or bachelor/bachelorette gatherings. Please take this into consideration when making a reservation.

Quiet hours & respect: For group bookings, it is especially important to respect the peace of other guests.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00, and must be strictly observed.

Furniture and equipment: Please treat the apartment’s furniture and equipment with extra care. Any damages caused intentionally or through negligence will be deducted from the deposit or charged separately.

Extra cleaning: If the apartments are left in a significantly dirtier condition than usual, an additional cleaning fee may apply.

Group coordinator: For group stays, please designate one responsible person who will handle communication and ensure that all rules are followed.

General policy

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments or in enclosed common areas. Please smoke only in the designated outdoor areas.

Quiet hours: Please respect the quiet hours between 22:00 and 07:00 so all guests can rest comfortably.

Cleaning: The final cleaning fee is included in the booking. For longer stays, extra cleaning can be requested for an additional charge.

Furniture and equipment: Please take care of the apartment’s furniture and equipment. Any damages must be compensated at check-out.

Security: The apartment building is equipped with video surveillance. Please make sure to lock the door every time you leave.

Payment and cancellation: The booking is subject to the payment and cancellation terms of the selected rate.
