Pet policy

Some Pets are allowed. Service Dogs must present ID. Pets (small dogs only) have a one-time flat fee of 75 dollars plus taxes during the lenght of your stay, availability and some restrictions apply. It is required to register your pet at the time of booking.

Group Policy

Groups under one name can be booked online with one valid credit card able to be pre-authorized to the total of the booking. For individual payment arragements, please book individually or Please contact us before making a group reservation.

General policy

BREAKFAST:  Your reservation includes American Breakfast for all registered guest. Served daily from 7:00am until 10:00am
POOL Hours: from 8am - 9pm Daily. Please shower before entering. Its NOT allowed any kind of food or beverages withing 4 feet around the pools. Private music is NOT ALLOWED to be played in high volume. Please use your headphones. Pools towels are available free of charge at Front Desk ID must be provided.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED: Smoking is not allowed in common areas nor inside rooms. a Charge of 125 plus taxes will be charge to the credit card on record for each violation.
Extras charges will be applied to the credit card on record for each missing or damaged item assigned to your room not returned or returned in bad condition.
PAYMENT POLICY
All reservations require a credit card that can be validated to make the payment. All reservations will be charged at any time after receiving the reservation request for the total of your reservation to confirm that payment can be made with it.
NO-SHOW POLICY
A No-show fee equal to the amount of the 100% of the entire reservation of the room booked will be charged on the credit card on record, to every reservation that for any reason the client did not show during the first night of the reservation period.
