Check-in Time
Standard Check-in time is at 2:00 PM, early check-in is subject to the resort's availability, please reconfirm your arrival time and details with our reservations department.

Check-out Time
Our Check-out time is at 11:00 AM.
If you would like to extend your stay after the said time, please contact our front office team "Ext.0", who will be more than delighted to assist you according to the resort's availability.

General policy

As an environmental friendly resort, we would like to ask you to observe some simple rules helping to save energy and environment. Kindly switch of the lights and make sure that windows and doors are closed when air conditioning is on. If you do not wish to have your towels changed every day please hang them up on the towel rack and they will stay for further use.

The resort has 24 hours security. We advice you not to leave any valuables in the room.
The resort cannot be held responsible for items left in guest’s room.

Safeguard your key. Be sure to leave it with the Front Desk upon departure. Do not give your key to others.
