Check-in / Check-out policy
The accommodation can be booked from 15:00 to 17:00. (Reception opening hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) Please leave the accommodation by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Payment Policy

Pet policy
A pet is allowed if the room is clean, obedient, does not pose a danger to other guests and the owner assumes full responsibility for it. The owner is obliged to provide his own drinking and feeding bowl and bed for his dog for hygiene reasons. Extra fee for a pet 3,000 HUF/night/animal
Group Policy
In the case of group bookings with a larger number of people, the group leader is responsible for enforcing the policy. In order to ensure the peace of the other guests and the neighbors, it is forbidden to make noise, play music or listen to music in the apartments and rooms between 22.00 and 08.00.

2. General rules
2.1. These "General Terms and Conditions" regulate the conditions related to the use of the Service Provider's accommodations and the services offered there.
2.2. The Service Provider may enter into a separate agreement regarding the services it offers, the special provisions of which may differ from these provisions.
3. Contracting party
3.1. The services provided by the Service Provider are used by the Guest.
3.2. If the Guest places the order for the services directly with the Service Provider, the Guest is the Contracting Party. The Service Provider and the Guest jointly - if the conditions are fulfilled - become contractual parties (together hereinafter: Parties).
3.3. If a legal entity or an organization without legal personality reserves accommodation services for more than 15 people for an event or conference or for accommodation services, the party contracting with the Service Provider is the Organiser. (collectively, hereinafter: Parties)
4. Creation of the Contract, method of booking, modification, notification obligation
4.1. The Service Provider sends an offer to the Guest's verbal or written offer request. If a specific order is not received within 48 hours from the sending of the offer, the Service Provider's offer will cease to be binding (unless otherwise stipulated in writing).
4.2. The contract is established by the written confirmation sent by the Service Provider of the reservation made by the Guest in writing, in person orally, online, by e-mail or by telephone, and is therefore considered a written contract.
4.3. A verbal reservation, agreement, amendment or its verbal confirmation by the Service Provider does not constitute a contract.
4.4. In the case of an order placed personally by the Guest or the Organizer with the Service Provider, the Guest or the Organizer signs the printed order form for the service they have ordered on the spot. Confirmation on the part of the Service Provider is made by the signature of the Service Provider's employee on the order form, which is considered a written contract.
4.5. The contract for the use of accommodation services is for a specific period of time.
4.6. If the Guest permanently leaves the accommodation/event or community space booked by him before the end of the specified period, the Service Provider is entitled to compensation for the service.
4.7. The Service Provider is entitled to resell the accommodation/event or community space that is vacated before the expiry date.
4.8. The prior consent of the Service Provider is required for the extension of the accommodation service initiated by the Guest. In this case, the Service Provider may stipulate the reimbursement of the fee for the already performed service.
4.9. Amendments and/or additions to the contract require a written agreement signed by the Parties.
4.10. A deviation from all this is possible by concluding a case-by-case agreement, in which case the legal relationship between the Parties is determined by the case-by-case agreement.
5. Cancellation conditions
- 14 days before the date of arrival, the reservation can be canceled without penalty - 50% of the total accommodation fee within 13-5 days prior to arrival - in case of cancellation or no-show within 5 days, the penalty is 100% of the total accommodation fee .
5.1. The Guest acknowledges that the Service Provider has the right to cancel the ordered services - without advance payment and without further consequences - if he is unable to do so due to unforeseeable, unavoidable circumstances beyond his control (hereinafter: "Force Majeure") to perform the services. In case of force majeure, the Service Provider is obliged to repay the advance payment of the service fee, however, in view of non-performance due to force majeure, it cannot be obliged to pay compensation.
6. Prices
6.1. The current accommodation prices are calculated on the website of the accommodation based on the specified parameters or the competent colleague of the accommodation calculates them based on the specified parameters and explains them on one of the official contact channels.
6.2. The Service Provider is free to change any previously announced prices without prior notification.
6.3. When announcing the prices, the Service Provider indicates the tax content (VAT) of the prices valid at the time of the offer, regulated by law. The Service Provider will transfer the additional burdens due to the amendment of the effective tax law (VAT) to the Contracting Party - subject to prior notification.
6.4. Current discounts, promotions and other offers are announced on the website www.farkaskutvolgy.hu.
6.5. The Service Provider does not publish the accommodation and event prices publicly, but only sends them to the Guest or the Organizer upon request for a specific offer.
6.6. The tourist tax is payable in addition to the daily and package prices, according to the amount determined by the local government, which is indicated separately in the current price lists. The following are exempt from tax:  A person under the age of 18.
7. Payment conditions
7.1. The Service Provider may claim the consideration for the services provided to the Contracting Party before using the service, in such a way that it can request a credit card guarantee, during which the full consideration for the ordered and confirmed service is blocked on the credit card, and the Service Provider is also entitled to up to 50% of the service or to request payment of the full price before use (in the case of certain specified packages or periods).
7.2. The Service Provider claims the consideration for the services provided to the contracting party no later than after the use, before leaving the area of ​​Farkaskútvölgy, but may request an advance within the framework of an individual agreement and only on the basis of an individually created agreement can the Guest or the Organizer have the option of subsequent payment.
7.3. The Contracting Party may settle its invoice in cash or by bank transfer in the following currencies: HUF.
7.4. The Guest is entitled to pay for the service with the bank cards indicated by the Service Provider on the website or with the SZÉP card.
7.5. The invoice is issued in HUF in accordance with Hungarian tax regulations.
8. Steps and conditions of online room reservation and online payment
8.1. By choosing the online booking option on the www.farkaskutvolgy.hu website, you can immediately book online and pay in advance. In this case, the interested party can decide which room type and daily or package price is the most suitable for him and can book it by clicking on the appropriate button.
8.2. On the next page, the reservation data is displayed in aggregate. If all the specified parameters are correct, the following data must be entered: a., the address of the booker, surname and first name b., company name in the case of a corporate booking c., the address of the booker (zip code, city, road/street, house number, residential address country) and phone number d., e-mail address twice (the second confirmation) e., in the comments field it is possible to communicate other information about the reservation to the Service Provider 8.4. To initiate an online payment, use a debit/credit card or SabeePay.
8.5. You can proceed from the page with the Finalize reservation button, when you are redirected to the website of the chosen payment service provider, where you can pay with your card using the encrypted transaction currently considered the most secure. It is possible to balance the value of the reservation in the ways indicated below. Online bank card payment, accepted bank cards: Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron 8.6. After a successful purchase, the payment service providers issue an authorization number for the transaction, which is worth writing down, and notify the booker of the success of the transaction by email. In case of an unsuccessful transaction, the service providers will inform you of the reason for the error in an error message. 8.7. In the case of a successful transaction, we will send the confirmation of the reservation by e-mail. 8.8. Other conditions: 8.8.1. The guest must notify the cardholder (guest) of any complaints immediately after using the service on the spot. A written record of the complaint must be prepared at the reception, and the Service Provider will decide on the method and amount of compensation after investigating the complaint.
8.8.2. The Service Provider undertakes to treat the data obtained during the online reservation and online payment as confidential and not to communicate or disclose it to third parties without time limitation. An exception to this is if the Guest consents to the communication in advance.
9. Method and conditions of using the service
9.1. In the case of individual and group bookings, the Guest may book the accommodation from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival (check in), and must leave by 10:00 a.m. on the last day of stay.
9.2. If the Guests do not leave the room by 10:30 a.m. (in case of prior consultation or request for late check-out), the Service Provider is entitled to charge 50% of the daily room price until 2:00 p.m., and 100% after 2:00 p.m. as an additional fee .
10. Pets
10.1. Small pets can usually be brought into the Service Provider's accommodation for a separate fee, the amount of which can be found on the website www.farkaskutvolgy.hu. The need to bring a pet must be indicated at the time of booking. In the confirmation of the reservation, the Service Provider may refuse to bring in the pet.
10.2. The Guest is fully responsible for the damage caused by the pet.
10.3. The Guest must accept and sign the Dog Etiquette before arrival, but at the latest upon check-in.
11. Refusal to perform the contract, termination of the service obligation
11.1. The Service Provider has the right to terminate the Agreement for accommodation services with immediate effect, thus refusing to provide the services, if: a) the Guest does not use the provided room or the facility as intended, b) the Guest does not comply with the security regulations and rules of the accommodation , behaves objectionably or rudely with its employees, exhibits threatening, insulting or other unacceptable behavior under the influence of alcohol or drugs, c) the Guest suffers from an infectious disease.
12. Illness or death of the guest
12.1. If the Guest falls ill during the use of the accommodation service and is unable to take care of himself, the Service Provider offers medical assistance.
12.2. In the event of illness/death of the Guest, the Service Provider claims cost compensation from the sick/deceased's relatives, heirs, or bill payer; with regard to possible medical and procedural costs, compensation for services used before death, and possible damage to equipment and furnishings in connection with the illness/death.
13. Rights of the Contracting Party
13.1. Pursuant to the Agreement, the Guest is entitled to the intended use of the ordered room and the facilities of the accommodation, which are part of the usual range of services and are not subject to special conditions. 13.2. The Guest may make a complaint regarding the performance of the services provided by the Service Provider during the stay at the accommodation. During this period, the Service Provider undertakes to handle complaints sent to him with written confirmation (or recorded by him in the minutes). 13.3. The Guest's right to complain ceases after his departure from the accommodation.
14. Obligations of the Contracting Party
14.1. The Contracting Party is obliged to settle the consideration for the services ordered in the contract by the date and in the manner specified in the Contract.
14.2. The Guest shall ensure that children under the age of 14 under his/her responsibility stay in the Service Provider's territory only under the supervision of an adult.
14.3. The Guest is obliged to stay in certain rooms of the accommodation in accordance with the dress code indicated when entering the room and to comply with the regulations of the house rules indicated in each room. 14.4. In order to protect the privacy of other guests, the Guest may not use drones or quadrocopters in the entire area of ​​the accommodation, as well as within a 1-kilometer radius of the accommodation, without the consent of the accommodation. The guest is fully responsible for the damage caused by the drone in case of violation of the regulations set out in this point.
15. Liability of the Contracting Party for damages The Guest is responsible for all damages and disadvantages suffered by the Service Provider or a third party due to the fault of the Guest or his/her companion or other persons under his/her responsibility. This responsibility exists even if the injured party has the right to claim compensation for his damages directly from the Service Provider.
16. The rights of the Service Provider If the Guest does not comply with his obligation to pay the fee for penalty services that have been used or ordered in the Contract but not used, the Service Provider shall have a lien on the personal belongings of the Guest that he brought with him to the accommodation to secure his claims.
17 . The Service Provider's obligation The Service Provider is obliged to:a) provide the accommodation and other services ordered under the contract in accordance with the applicable regulations and service standards.b) investigate the guest's written complaint and take the necessary steps to deal with the problem, which must also be recorded in writing.
18. Liability of the Service Provider for compensation
18.1. The Service Provider assumes responsibility for any damage to the Guest that occurred within its facilities, due to the fault of the Service Provider or its employees.
18.1.1. The Service Provider's responsibility does not extend to damage events that occurred due to unavoidable causes beyond the scope of the Service Provider's employees and guests, or caused by the Guest himself.
18.1.2. The Service Provider may designate places in the accommodation where the Guest may not enter. The Service Provider assumes no responsibility for any damage or injury that may occur in such places.
18.1.3. The Guest must immediately report the damage to the reception desk or to the assigned colleague on duty, and provide the service provider with all the necessary data that is necessary to clarify the circumstances of the damage or to record a police report/police procedure.
18.2.1. The Service Provider is only responsible for valuables, securities and cash if it has been specifically taken over for safekeeping, or if the damage occurred for a reason for which it is liable according to the general rules. 19. Confidentiality
19.1. The Service Provider treats the personal data provided by the Guest or the Organizer as part of voluntary data provision as confidential, and only uses it to the extent necessary for the identification of individual Guests and Organizers, as well as the fulfillment of the contract and the successful completion of the contract.
19.2. The Guest and the Organizer acknowledge that the Service Provider may use the personal data of the Guest and the Organizer in order to enforce its claim against the Guest and the Organizer, and may transfer the personal data of the Guest and the Organizer to bodies authorized by law.
20. Law applicable in the legal relationship of the parties, court of jurisdiction The law of the location of the service shall govern any legal dispute arising from the service contract, and the court with jurisdiction based on the location of the service shall be competent.
