Villa Anna offers our guests 5 wonderful Design-Apartments, each with a fully equip kitchen and fresh linens. Like most private apartments we do not offer breakfast or a daily room cleaning.

You will find Villa Anna has a prime location, in the centre of Kitzbühel. It is only a 2-minute walk to the oldest part of the city centre. There is a café-bakery 30 meters from the front door of the Villa which opens daily at 6 a.m. and many fabulous restaurants nearby. The Kitzbuheler Horn ski-lift is a 4-minute walk.

There is also a free ski-bus which stops directly in front of the Villa, which will take you to the Hahnenkamm ski-lift.

Although residing in the centre of Kitzbühel, you will find the neighbourhood very quiet and peaceful. Our guests are free to cook in or try out some of the many gastronomical experiences Kitzbühel has to offer.

Parking in Kitzbühel is difficult, luckily we have a private parking directly in front of the Villa,  just for you.

In every apartment there is free Wi-Fi.

Villa Anna offers guests keyless entry. You will have a Key code that is unique to you and the dates of your reservation.

You will receive these codes by email a few days before your arrival.
