Check-in / Check-out policy

early check-in please confirm with the Hotel for confirmation of room availability.

late check-out please discuss with the front office for availability, a charge of 50% 
will be given for late checkout after 4 pm

Group Policy

Group policy will be 10 rooms and above - 15 rooms booked with be entitled to 1 room FOC

General policy

The Hotel has a child-friendly policy, the hotel has the right to refuse any group or persons who they feel unfit or cause disturbance
within the hotel, the hotel has a green policy with its own CRS policy to support the local community. 

Payments must follow the Hotel contracts and be signed by all parties, all booking confirmations must be done via email and not Whatsapp, the hotel has the right to not accept a group or FIT booking unless payment is done.
