General policy

Ou highly respected guests are expected taking into account the privacy and tranquillity of the neighbors. Also, we kindly request the proper use of all household instruments and gears of the apartement, as intended.
Our guests are entitled to launder their clothes, towels and bedding goods.
The host cleans and changes bedsheets weekly, buti n case of agreement it can be more frequent during the stay,
The ground level suites are pet friendly, the first floor ones are not,
Smoking is allowed on the terraces and on the balcony,
The Orchid suite is strictly for non-smokers.
