Pet policy

We only welcome dogs up to 15 kg.
If you are arriving with your pet, please read our hotel’s "Pet Etiquette":
- We can accommodate pets in the same room as their owners.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the breakfast area.
- Please do not allow your pet on the bed or sofa.
- We kindly ask you to keep your dog on a leash at all times within the hotel premises.
- Please keep in mind that all guests at our hotel are here to relax.
Therefore, we ask you to pay special attention to your pet to avoid disturbing other guests with barking or any other noise.

Unfortunately, if such a situation arises, it may be necessary to consider alternative arrangements.

The owner is fully responsible for any damage caused by the pet in the hotel room or other areas, including financial, legal, and moral responsibilities.

In accordance with Hungarian VIZA regulations, all guests are required to present their identification documents upon check-in, which will be scanned by our hotel. We kindly ask for your understanding that without valid identification, we will unfortunately be unable to provide accommodation. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
