Check-in / Check-out policy

A booking deposit is generally not required for small bookings of 1-3 rooms and short stays.

Credit card details are requested at the time of making your reservation but there is no charge for cancelling your reservation, or making changes (subject to availability), if notified 48 hours prior to arrival.

We will charge your card after your departure from the property to match any unpaid balance in your bill or should we discover any damaged goods or stolen items in your room in order to replace them.

Please note that we do not have an elavator. Please request a ground floor room upon booking if required.

If you have an impairment or require extra assistance please inform reception before arrival at the hotel as we aim to make your stay us as comfortable as possible.
