Payment policy for advance payments
Non-Refundable rates: A valid debit/credit card is required to secure your reservation. We reserve the right to pre-authorise your card prior to arrival. Full payment may be taken at the time of booking. For Non-Refundable rates no modification or cancellation is allowed. (Debit/credit must have an expiry date that is valid after the date of stay). Pre-paid cards are not accepted.
Please note: For your security the payment card used to book must be presented on arrival, if this in unavailable a Photo ID in the same name as the card will be accepted.

 


Payment policy for non-advance payments
Flexible rates: A valid debit/credit card is required to secure your reservation. We reserve the right to pre-authorise your card prior to arrival.  (Debit/credit must have an expiry date that is valid after the date of stay). Pre-paid cards are not accepted. A deposit equivalent to the first night's stay may be required to secure reservations, this deposit is refundable subject to our 'General cancellation policy'.

Pet policy
Pets are welcome in the bar until 10pm and then at our discretion thereafter. No pets except guide/assistance dogs (from a recognised organisation; ADI or IGDF accredited organisation) are allowed in the hotel rooms. Please let us know you will be bringing a (ADI or IGDF) guide/assistance dog so we can provide a suitable room.
Group Policy
Groups: Groups of two or more rooms are subject to a cancelation fee of 20% of the full rate of each room if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival. A maximum of 5 rooms for a group may be booked at any one time. If more rooms are needed please contact our team by phone. Absolutely no hen/stag parties:  Our policy is to refuse Stag and Hen parties regardless of sexual orientation or gender. If groups ignore this and are then found to be part of a hen/stag party we will cancel their booking (even on arrival). If we need to cancel a booking in these circumstances less than 48 hours before arrival date we will apply a cancellation fee equal to the first nights stay. Please note: Other groups at management discretion, please contact us if unsure.
General policy

Payment Policy: For your security, upon check-in, guests must present a valid official photo ID (valid passport, driving license or national I.D. card) and the payment card used to make the reservation, unless the guest will be paying with a different card when you arrive. The card holder must be present. If the guest is unable to provide the required documentation the booking will be cancelled in line with our cancelation policy.

Payment Policy for Pride, Christmas & New Year:
These bookings must be cancelled no less than 14 days before your stay is due to commence otherwise we reserve the right to charge 100% of our full tariff on every room booked. (Updated: 24 October 2016)

Promotional codes: From time to time we send out promotional codes, these codes cannot be used in conjunction with some web only discounted rates. 

Room notes: Whilst certain views and room designs/configurations may be shown in photo's, views and designs/configurations vary and cannot be guaranteed. Room sizes are approximate and may differ from room to room. Toiletries, decor, soft furnishings and facilities may be changed without prior notice, any changes will usually be for a similar or higher grade product. Rooms available on our website may not use the same standardised categories as external online travel agency websites, this means we can offer a larger selection of rooms. 

Rooms rates: We usually charge similar or lower rates than other websites, we also offer rate matching on most of our room types. For further Terms & Conditions see hotel website.

Booking changes: All travelers whether UK or International are strongly recommended to take out travel insurance for all trips. We undestand this is sometimes not viable therefore we may allow changes to a direct bookings in certain unforseen circumstances (e.g. Illness, flight cancelation) However this is a non-binding 'gesture of goodwill' and in most circumstances we will charge a fee to go towards our lost revenue. We cannot make this offer available for third party bookings due to complicated nature of these bookings.
