Check-in / Check-out policy

Upon arrival at CityZoe Athens Suites you must have the reservation code, ID or passport and the card that has been charged or pre-approved for the reservation.

Unless otherwise described in your reservation, arrival time is set at 15:00 and departure time is 11:00.

The possibility of extending your departure time after 11:00 depends on the availability.

In any case, you must notify your request to the hotel reception at the latest on arrival.

Payment Policy

Pet policy

We are a pet friendly hotel, but we also need to follow a couple of rules in order to maintain peace and ensure the quality of our services for all of our guests. Please read on the following hotel requirements in order to proceed with your pet’s check in. 

CityZoe Athens Suites Requirements for Pets:

The pet must not be aggressive, must be clean, not have fleas.
The allowed pet weight is up to 6 kilos, must be on leash when in public areas also should remain in a portable cage if there is no leash. Must have proof of current vaccinations if asked/needed. Must not bark or make noise.
The pet is not allowed to climb on any furniture or eat pillows, run with or without the owner.
Owners must clean pet waste immediately and dispose it and the pet must not be left unattended except if it remains in a portable cage.

There is a 20€ per day charge in order to make an extensive cleaning due to allergies that might occur to other guests.

You are financially responsible for any damage caused by your pet and any expenses incurred in the hotel for pet disturbances.

General policy

All Bookings made on CityZoe Athens Suites are subject to these Terms & Conditions. We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them prior to making a booking.

Rates are per Suite per night for two adults without breakfast included and are subject to availability. A minimum length of 1 night stay applies to all bookings.

An additional surcharge of 20€ will apply for every extra person above 2 years old subject to the available Suite per night, in the Suites that allows it.

All rates are quoted in Euro and are inclusive of 13% VAT and all applicable taxes, except for the stay-over tax, which is 0.50€ per night.

All rates are subject to change without notice.
