Group Policy

Group reservation/ Long term booking: the price is non-refundable.
- For group reservations, 100% is to be paid in advance. (From 4 people)
-In the case of a long-term booking, the price is non-refundable(From at least 6 days.)

General policy

There is no 24-hour reception,
* it is open between 08:00 and 22:00,
we can provide on-call service until 24 for an extra charge. Late check-in after 10 p.m. costs €2.5 per half hour.
* Breakfast €8, agree with the reception the day before.
* Parking in our underground garage (normal car/ limited spaces) €15/day. Parking is free in the surrounding streets.
* The price for rooms with air conditioning is €15 per day, which stops automatically at ten in the evening. Please let us know at the reception if you want it.
* Towels are included only in the rooms with a bathroom, the private rooms with an external bathroom do not include the sleeping area, towels can be rented for €3.
* we do not accept quarantined guests!!!!
