Pet policy

Group Policy

- When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

- This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. The hotel has the right to refuse the reservation if the guests do not comply with the policies. Guests who are intoxicated or under the influence of any substances will not be accommodated and will be asked to leave the premises.

General policy

- Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type. Please check the room conditions when selecting your room.

- Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

- The Guest is responsible for the damages caused to the guestroom amenities.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and throughout the entire hotel building. In the event of a violation, the hotel reserves the right to charge an additional fee of 200 EUR for cleaning costs.


- Respect the comfort and rest of other guests: Loud behavior or playing music at high volume after 10:00 PM is strictly prohibited. In the event of a disturbance, the hotel reserves the right to charge a 500 EUR fee as compensation to affected guests.

- Guests are kindly requested to maintain polite and respectful behavior towards fellow guests and all hotel staff at all times.
