General policy

If the guest books an apartment-type accommodation on the refundable rate, the guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.

If the guest books a house-type accommodation on the refundable rate, the guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

On the non-refundable rate, the guest will be charged the total price if they cancel anytime regardless of accommodation type.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price anytime.
Prepayment is accepted only by credit card.
