Check-in / Check-out policy

Please note that this is a self-check-in property. Please enter anytime between 3 pm and 11:30 pm with the last 4 digits of your reservation number followed by # to receive your key from the key box at the entrance. In case of emergency, you will find a contact number on the key box.
Check out latest at 10 am.

Pet policy

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Group Policy

In case of group booking please contact the hotel directly at "reservation@zentrumhaus.ch".
Non refundable: The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel at any time.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price at any time.
Refundable: The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel within 7 days before arrival.

General policy

Please note that parking spaces are limited and have to be confirmed by the property in advance.
Parking fee is CHF 20.- per night
Smoking is not allowed in any public area.
Late Check out will be charged if not confrimed in advance
Daily room service is not included in the room rate. It can be organised for an extra charge.
