Guests may check-in at any time from 2.00 p.m. on the scheduled day of arrival. On the day of departure we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 12.00 noon.

Payment Policy

Payment policy for advance payments
Full non-refundable payment of the entire reservation cost is required in advance. Payments will be processed and debited from the authorized credit/debit card supplied at the time of the booking, typically within the following 24 hours after the receipt of the reservation by the hotel.
Payment policy for non-advance payments
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. At the time of booking, you authorize the hotel to debit the agreed cost of purchases or services from your credit/debit card within the cancellation window of 7 days before the arrival date.

Pet policy

No pets are allowed.

Group Policy

Please contact us directly for group reservations in order to obtain the terms and conditions. A reservation of five rooms or more will be considered a group booking. The hotel retains the right to decline bookings of 5 or more rooms.

General policy

- Upon check-in, guests are required to present an official photo ID or passport, as well as the credit/debit card provided for the reservation. The name on the ID and credit/debit card must match one of the names on the reservation. The signatures of all registered guests is required during the check-in process.
-Please note that all special requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may be applied.
-Our room rates are stated in Euros, and the equivalent in your local currency may vary prior to payment due to changes in exchange rates.
-The Hotel has its own car park, although there may be limited spaces available for the duration of your stay. Terms and conditions may also apply to car park use. Please contact the Hotel directly for more information. Cars and their contents are left at the owner’s own risk.
-The card data used to book the room will be encrypted and stored securely.
-The Classic room category does not have an option for an extra bed.
-The hotel has the right to cancel a submitted reservation should it not be possible to process the payment through the provided credit/debit card, and if no new payment method is offered by the booker within 24 hours of the acknowledgement of the failed transaction.
-Half board supplement for children under 6 years old are subject to 50% discount and free of charge for a child under 2 years old while full half board fee is charged for children over 6 years old.
