Check-in / Check-out policy

Check-in is between 2:30pm and 6:30pm. If you wish to check in outside of these hours, please let us know via email at least 24 hours prior, and we will do our best to assist you. Check-out is 11am.

Payment Policy

Pet policy

Unfortunately our dogs and cats want all the attention going and don't like any competition, so for that reason we don't accept pets.

Group Policy

If you are planning a group stay, please send us an email to let us know, and we will see if we can make your stay even better.

General policy

If you have any questions about COVID 19 please contact us prior to booking. There is no change to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy
We do not charge your card until the due date of your arrival at our bed and breakfast. Cancellations five days or more prior to arrival do not incur a charge. Cancellations less than this get charged the full cost of the stay.

Smoking Policy
We have a no smoking policy inside our house, but there is an outside area for smoking. Breakfast is complementary and served between 8:15 am and 9:15 am.
