Group Policy

In order to secure your group booking, for ALL GROUP bookings at Villa Vasco da Gama we require a 30% holding deposit of the total amount due. We also require your full credit card details. NO charges will be billed to your credit card unless you cancel outside our Cancellation Policy and Terms and Conditions (please see the Cancellation Policybelow).
PLEASE NOTE: ALL GROUP BOOKING DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. 
ANY DEPOSIT MADE CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER SET OF DATES ONE TIMEONLY. 
AFTER THAT IF ANOTHER CANCELLATION OF BOOKING IS MADE THEN ALL DEPOSIT MONIES WILL BE FORFEITED.

General policy

For flexible rates, the booking may be cancelled or modified the latest, 7 days prior arrival date, otherwise the full amount of the stay will be charged.
We will keep the credit card you provided as guarantee and pre-payment will be requested 7 days before arrival only. Pre-payment will be done using the same credit card provided to secure the booking.

Municipal tourist tax not included in the room rate - 4€ per person/night.
