Check-in / Check-out policy

Please arrange your arrival time in advance with us! Guests are welcomed at a pre-arranged time between 8:00-12:00am and 3:00-6:00pm. Appointments outside opening hours can be arranged by calling 06 30 132 9212. In case of arrival outside opening hours, we will inform you in advance by telephone about the method of entry and collection of the key.
Your room can be occupied from 3:00 pm. Depending on occupancy, it is possible to occupy the room earlier at an additional cost, if you are interested please inform us at the time of booking.
Check out by 10:30 am on the last day of the stay . Depending on occupancy, it is possible to leave later at an additional cost. Please let us know the day before departure if you wish to leave your room later.
Please check the time of your departure with us in advance. If you wish to leave our house before 8 am, please settle your bill the day before your departure.

The vehicles of our guests can park free of charge in our uncovered and unguarded parking lot. We can provide a parking space for one car per room.

General policy

In the building and the outside areas directly belonging to the pension is a closed-circuit camera system for security reasons operated, which records 24 hours a day. For more information please read our General Terms and Conditions and our Data Protection Policy.
