General policy

GUEST INFORMATION / HOUSE RULES

We do everything we can to ensure that your vacation is pleasant and smooth, so please note and comply with the following.

OPENING AND CLOSING THE HOUSE

The key to the house is usually handed over in person, but depending on the time of arrival, it is possible to place it in a key safe, the current opening code of which is given upon arrival. When leaving, please hand over the key in person or put it back in the keysafe and lock it.

During arrival and departure the representative of the Villa will be on the spot with you.

PETS

Pets are not allowed in the apartment building.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE, NIGHT SILENCE

You can book the accommodation from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and you must leave the apartments by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. The accommodation provider has the right – without prior notice – to check whether the number of guests staying at the accommodation is the number of guests paid for.

Be considerate of the residents of the area, observe the silence of the night between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., parties are prohibited.

VISITORS – BOOKING CANCELLATION

Only registered guests can stay in the villa. The owner has the right to cancel the accommodation if the guest does not follow the house rules and disturbs the peace.

In case of violation of the policy, the accommodation may be cancelled. In this case, we are unable to reimburse the guest for any remaining days.

GRILLING AND COOKING OUTSIDE

Fires can be set in the designated fire place by observing the fire protection rules. (Placing fire extinguishers near the fire, removing flammable materials from the fire.)
Before you leave the fire place, please make sure that you have really put out the fire.
SMOKING

Smoking and the use of incense are prohibited in the building. If you smoke, you can do so in the fire pit or outside in the designated area.

PROPER USE OF FURNITURE ITEMS

The apartment must be handed over in a condition suitable for acceptance on the day of departure. An INVENTORY of the furnishings, furniture, and equipment of the apartment is prepared, which list can be found on the last page of the policy. Upon departure, the items on the list will be checked, and in the event of any missing items, the guest may be liable for compensation. Any damage or lack of objects, equipment, tools, or damage resulting from improper use of the apartment is the responsibility of the guest, which he is obliged to compensate. If the amount of this exceeds the amount of the deposit, we will debit your account with the amount of the compensation.

WASHING

There is a washing machine in the common room, you can use them if necessary.

EATING

The apartments of the villa have a fully equipped kitchen, please use the dining room or the summer kitchen for meals. Do not put objects containing metal in the microwave oven!

ORDER, CLEANLINESS

We, who keep the apartments of the villa in order, take particular care to ensure that our guests can enjoy the usual order and cleanliness at home. That is why it is very important to us that while you are here, in the same way as you would at home, you pay attention to cleanliness and to the preservation of the integrity of equipment, machines and objects.
For basic cleaning, we have placed products and tools suitable for this purpose in the apartment (mop cleaner, vacuum cleaner), if necessary, feel free to use them. If you want more cleaning because you are staying with us for a longer period of time, please let us know, and our cleaning company will do the job for a separate fee.
Final cleaning is the responsibility of the host.

POOL

Rules for using the pool:

The pool can be used between 09:00 and 20:00.
Showering before using the pool is mandatory.
It is forbidden to enter the pool with a dirty body.
The depth of the pool is 130 cm.
Jumping into the pool is strictly FORBIDDEN and dangerous!
Children under the age of 12 can only use the pool with parental supervision
It is strictly FORBIDDEN to use the pool under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other narcotic substances!
In order to protect the health and physical integrity of persons using the pool’s services, the following may not visit the pool:
Suffering from febrile, infectious gastrointestinal and skin diseases,
Suffering from a disease characterized by a convulsive state, loss of consciousness, or a striking or extensive pathological change
Eating in the pool or drinking is FORBIDDEN!
The environment of the pool is wet and slippery, which requires extra attention
The pool is not supervised by a swimming instructor, so everyone can use it solely at their own risk
The pool can only be used in a way that does not violate the fundamental right of other guests to relax.
The lighting of the pool, or only the operator is authorized to manage other machines.
Only the operator is entitled to remove the polycarbonate roof from the pool, in case of damage, compensation must be paid!
In case of disregarding the above, the guest house operator is entitled to limit or prohibit the right to use the pool at its own discretion, especially in view of the threat to the physical integrity of the guest or other guests.
RESPONSIBILITY

You are financially responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the guest house or violation of the House Rules. We take no responsibility for your property.

COVID-19

We pay close attention to disinfection in our apartments! After cleaning, we disinfect all rooms, paying particular attention to frequently touched doorknobs, buttons, handles, and operating surfaces. We wash all linen at the highest temperature recommended by the manufacturer (this includes bed linen, bedspreads, hand towels, bath towels, tea towels and plaids). We use disposable cleaning tools and paper dust bags. Disinfectant soap and disinfectant gel were placed for our guests. In order to reduce the risk of infection, we ensure the possibility of independent entry and exit, thereby promoting social distancing.
