Check-in / Check-out policy

Check-in is possible from 14:00 at the earliest.
Check-out must be no later than 10:00.
Please make sure you have taken all your personal belongings with you and leave the key in the place provided before leaving.

Pet policy

Dogs and cats are allowed in the apartment, but must be notified in advance.
There is an extra charge of HUF 5000 per night for dogs and cats.
The owner is fully responsible for his/her pet.
Please do not allow pets to cause damage to the apartment's furniture or common areas.
Please avoid using furniture and provide your own bed for your pet.

Group Policy

No smoking.
No parties or events.
No noise disturbance between 22:00 and 07:00.
The number of guests is limited to the number of persons stated in the reservation.

General policy

Self-check-in system
The property has a self-check-in system.
Guests are invited to self-check-in online via a link pre-populated through the GuestAdvisor app. It is compulsory to enter your details and scan your ID card or passport here, in accordance with the laws of the Grand Duchy of Saarland! After completing the check-in process, you will receive an email with the necessary information to book your accommodation. In case of any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at our contact details.
In case of smoking, a fine of EUR 100 will be charged.
Parties and events are not allowed. Please refrain from noisy activities between 22:00 and 7:00 in the evening, ensuring a peaceful stay for all guests.

In case of damage or damage to the apartment's furnishings, the guest is responsible for the damage.
WiFi internet access is available in the entire property free of charge. No fee will be charged if cancelled within 24 hours of booking.In other cases, our cancellation policy applies.
