Check-in / Check-out policy

Check-In
• Standard check-in time is from 16:00 on the arrival day.
• Early check-in is not permitted without prior written approval.
• Late check-in (after 22:00) must be pre-approved. If not, check-in will be rescheduled for 10:00 the following day.

Check-Out
• Check-out time is no later than 10:00 on the departure day.
• Guests must vacate the property, ensure it is cleaned, and returned to its original condition.
• Any items left behind will be stored for up to 48 hours before being discarded or sold.

Late Check-Out Policy
Unapproved late check-out will incur the following fees:
- 1st hour: €500
- 2nd hour: €2,500
- 3rd hour: €5,000

Beyond 3 hours or in case of ITERM (Immediate Termination), the Landlord reserves the right to:
• Enter the property
• Remove any remaining personal belongings
• Disconnect electricity supply
• Apply a €10,000 eviction fee

Pet policy

No pets allowed.

Group Policy

Groups are welcome at Villa Anabel when managed in accordance with our Visitor Pass (VP) system. Any guests beyond the main booking party must be registered in advance and covered by a VP. Larger groups may qualify as events and require prior approval.

General policy

A security deposit is required prior to check-in. The minimum deposit is €5,000, with an additional €500 charged per night of stay. The deposit is fully refundable within 30 days after check-out, provided no damages are found and there are no breaches of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
