Check-in is available from 2:00 PM.
Guests arriving by car are kindly asked to reserve a parking space in advance, as spots are limited.
All guests are required to present a valid ID at check-in.
After check-out, we are happy to recommend a nearby luggage storage service if you wish to explore the city further.

Group Policy

A booking is considered a group reservation if more than 4 guests arrive together.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
All guests are expected to behave in a calm and respectful manner, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM).

The property reserves the right to request a security deposit or additional guarantee for group bookings.
At check-in, the name and ID of each guest must be registered in accordance with legal requirements.

Smoking and the use of any illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises. Violating this rule will result in a €200 fine.
By completing a reservation, guests automatically accept these house rules.

In case of disturbance or excessive noise, the host has the right to request immediate departure in order to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.

Welcome to our apartment!
Please note that the property is located in a residential building, where permanent residents also live. We kindly ask you to follow these basic rules to ensure a respectful and peaceful stay for everyone:

Avoid loud noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM).
Parties and events are not allowed in the apartment.
In common areas (hallways, courtyard, elevator), please act respectfully and keep your voice down.
Do not leave entrance doors or garage gate open, and do not allow strangers into the building.
Keep shared areas clean, and dispose of trash in the designated bins.
Please do not throw cigarette butts in the courtyard – use the ashtrays provided.
Separate your waste and use the selective bins accordingly.
Respecting the peace of the building is very important to us. Please treat the apartment as if it were your own home and help maintain a pleasant environment for everyone.
